APPLICATION
For one-sided bonding of: Woolfelt on walls and ceilings
HOW TO TREAT FELT
The rolls must be unpacked and left to acclimatize in the conditions as specified.
The maximum allowed percentage of residual moisture of the substrate is 4.5%.
FINISHING OF THE SEAM
Cut felt twice up to 2 mm thickness. Place joint-to-joint over 2 mm thickness.
PRIMING
The surface must be clean, permanently dry, and free of grease, dirt and dust. Highly porous substrates, e.g. new stucco and new drywall, must be primed with a primer to be applied with a fleece roller or by means of spraying
PROCESSING CONDITIONS
The required processing conditions 24 hours before, during and 24 after gluing are

PROCESSING ADVICE
The substrate must be coated with Felt Glue with the enclosed structure roller. The felt must be applied directly to the wet glue. The glue may not become opaque or dry before the felt is laid. Woolfelt can be positioned. After placement it is advisable to roll the woolfelt with a solid rubber roller.
Frost
Frost free transportation and storage.
GENERAL
Fresh glue stains must be removed with water immediately.
Tools must be cleaned with water immediately.
